1. Appointment Policy<\/strong>
To ensure the best experience, clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10\u201315 minutes<\/strong> before their scheduled session. This allows time for check-in, consultation, and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next client.<\/p>

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/strong>
We kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours in advance<\/strong>. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee or forfeiture of the session deposit. This policy helps us manage therapist schedules and accommodate other clients.<\/p>

3. Health & Safety<\/strong>
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries<\/strong> prior to the treatment. This information enables us to tailor the service safely and appropriately. White Wood Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.<\/p>

4. Personal Belongings<\/strong>
While we strive to maintain a safe and secure environment, the spa is not responsible for loss or damage<\/strong> to personal items. Clients are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.<\/p>

5. Service Conduct<\/strong>
All treatments provided are strictly professional wellness services<\/strong>. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and future appointments may be declined.<\/p>

6. Pricing & Payments<\/strong>
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of service. Promotions, discounts, and packages cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.<\/p>

7. Gift Vouchers & Packages<\/strong>
Gift vouchers and purchased packages are non-refundable<\/strong> and must be used before the stated expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>

8. Use of Facilities<\/strong>
For treatments that include complimentary use of facilities such as the sauna, jacuzzi, or foot bath<\/strong>, clients are required to follow all hygiene and safety guidelines. Misuse may lead to restricted access.<\/p>

9. Children & Guests<\/strong>
For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, children under 12 years old<\/strong> are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service. Guests who are not receiving treatments may be asked to wait in the lounge area.<\/p>

10. Privacy Policy<\/strong>
White Wood Spa & Wellness protects all personal information shared with us.
